Guide Clients: Walk clients through quotes, policy options, and renewals—making insurance easy to understand
Stay Organized: Keep accurate records, follow up on applications, and ensure clients have what they need every step of the way
Keep Learning: Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and carrier updates so you can always offer the best advice
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Tech-savvy
High school diploma or equivalent
