Responsibilities

Partner with Regional Director (External Wholesaler) to develop and execute on business plans
Cultivate and deepen relationships with IBDs through high-quality, pro-active interactions
Handle daily territory management tasks to ensure business efficacy and effective prioritization of resources
Provide exceptional client service, addressing technical, product, and competitive positioning inquiries with expertise and efficiency
Ability to articulate Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions' sophisticated products
Actively manage and progress the team’s pipeline, meticulously tracking new opportunities; utilize the CRM system to log all client activity

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, or as an internal sales associate; alternative investment experience preferred
FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 66 license required
Highly proactive and resourceful self-starter, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving results
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative and will thrive in a team-focused environment
An entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of accountability
Motivated to achieve success and grow with the firm

Preferred

Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) channel experience is highly preferred
CAIA, MBA, CFA a plus
