Responsibilities
Plan and execute events from concept through completion, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, logistics, and budget management
Manage event registration and tracking using tools such as Splash and Salesforce, ensuring a streamlined attendee experience
Coordinate internal planning meetings and maintain detailed timelines and deliverables
Prepare event presentations and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Maintain organized digital assets across platforms like Dropbox and Google Drive
Support vendor sourcing and relationship management
Provide on-site event support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth execution
Conduct post-event debriefs, analyze outcomes, and implement learnings for future events
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience coordinating events, preferably in the tech or investment space; venture capital experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and vendors
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Technically adept with tools including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Splash, and Salesforce
Familiarity with design platforms (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
Curiosity about AI and openness to leveraging technology to improve event processes and outcomes
