Relevance AI is a company focused on empowering teams to delegate meaningful work to AI agents. They are seeking a Strategic Events Leader to own and execute high-impact events programs, bringing together customers and industry leaders to showcase the power of AI.

Responsibilities

Execute a structured field marketing program of roughly two events per month (VIP executive + public workshop)

Own end-to-end event planning: audience curation, invites, logistics, budget, execution, and follow-up

Design event experiences that highlight customer stories and foster authentic peer engagement

Manage an annual budget, making smart, impact-focused decisions

Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure event strategy drives GTM outcomes

Travel 30–40% to support events in other regions, including Sydney, with local support

Partner with the Marketing team to capture and produce event content

Required

5+ years of field marketing or events experience, ideally in developer tools, AI, data, or B2B SaaS

Proven ability to run high-touch executive events (VIP dinners, roundtables, workshops)

Experience managing budgets and optimizing for impact

Strong executional skills - able to independently deliver polished, strategic events end-to-end

Skilled at building and curating the right audiences to drive meaningful conversations and pipeline

US/SF exposure (global is preferred) and comfort working cross-functionally with distributed teams

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where ownership and proactivity are key
