The intern will support various compliance-related tasks including monthly CMMC compliance reports, analyzing firewall rule audits, and performing incident response exercises.

Required

Seeking an associate, bachelor, or master's degree in cybersecurity, computer engineering, or a related discipline

Exposure to core information security functions including network and application vulnerability testing, role-based access control (RBAC), security information and event management, and computer incident management

Proficient in Linux

Exposure to three or more of the following security technologies: Linux Bash and Python Scripting, Networking, Microsoft Windows (including Active Directory), Firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and malware protection technology, Network vulnerability testing, Encryption Technologies such as IPSEC and SSL

Home office environment and Internet connectivity to enable remote work
