Responsibilities
Converting inbound company leads into new residential business
Selling correspondent and approved brokered mortgage products to meet loan quality and production goals
Engaging with potential borrowers and assessing their financial needs
Educating customers on available mortgage solutions
Guiding customers through the refinance and purchase loan application process
Explaining loan product structures to potential borrowers
Maintaining compliance with all federal, state and company policies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Active NMLS license required, with multiple state licenses preferred
2+ years' experience in an inside sales mortgage originations environment, with a proven track record of success
Demonstrable ability to multi-task, self-manage and self-motivate to drive new business
Prior experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), preferably Encompass
Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment
Strong time management skills
Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities
