The ideal candidate will support finance and accounting teams while working on NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing and assist with system implementations and development projects.

Responsibilities
Understand and document business requirements; propose and evaluate potential solutions
Create and maintaining saved searches, saved reports, and analytics per departmental requests
Assist the NetSuite Administrator with large implementations and development projects to add new modules and integrations into the system
Collaborate with the NetSuite Administrator to develop, test and deploy new system modules and functionality
Create and maintaining saved searches, saved reports, and analytics per departmental requests
Perform various data clean-up efforts as well as some data entry
Develop written training and procedural documentation to aid users in proper use of system
Identify the root-cause of system errors and applying solutions
Facilitate adoption of best practices, policies, and change management
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Advanced Manufacturing, Bills of Materials, and Manufacturing Routings
Knowledge of Order to Case, Procure to Pay, Record to Report processes
Some knowledge of basic accounting and business principles
Excellent communication skills and professionalism, with an ability to work with a variety of people and assist them in working through frustrating situations
Ability to prioritize and complete complex projects in an accurate and timely manner
Evidence of excellent project management, organizations, and time-management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2-3 years of related work experience with NetSuite
Preferred
Experience coding in HTML, JavaScript and JSON a plus but not required
