Daily Content & Posting - Continuous
Ad Campaigns (Google, Meta, LSA, Thumbtack, etc.)
SEO, Blogs, Landing Pages, GBP Optimization
Lead Funnel Tracking + Weekly Reports
Sales & Recruiting Campaign Support
Email + Print Campaigns (Newsletters, Postcards, Flyers)
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Ability to manage content, ads, SEO, CRM, and vendors without chaos
Obsession over data, not just aesthetics
Ability to build funnels that actually convert
Ability to track everything and report regularly
Ownership and fast follow-up on tasks
Desire to grow into a senior marketing role in the next 12–18 months
