Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads through referrals, events, and inbound channels
Build and maintain relationships through personalized outreach and follow-ups
Educate internal teams on charitable giving and the philanthropic landscape
Develop strategies to nurture leads and address inquiries
Manage leads through the pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with sales goals
Collaborate with the sales team to support conversion efforts
Track lead activity and report on progress and conversion rates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Proven success meeting sales/fundraising goals, ideally in financial services, complex assets, wealth management, or large nonprofits
Deep knowledge of donor-advised funds, charitable giving tools, and financial products
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with ultra-high-net-worth clients, foundations, and family offices
Skilled in sales strategy, negotiation, and presentations
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and collaborative team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
Preferred
CFP or similar certification, preferred
Knowledge of portfolio construction and asset allocation, preferred
Experience managing philanthropic services for UHNW clients, preferred
