Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing superior sales service
Establish trust relationships with customers
Assess customers' needs and provide information and assistance on products and features
Meeting and spoiling all of the adorable pets who shop in the store
Assist with planning events and creating social media content
General store maintenance including inventory stocking and merchandising
Unloading delivery vehicles of cases, bags of pet food and supplies weighing up to 50lbs
Qualification
Required
A friendly, positive, caring attitude
Available for evenings and weekends
Experience in retail, customer service or other pet-related field
Enthusiasm for continued learning and growth
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
Event planning experience and social media content creation skills
Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
