As a Product Delivery Manager in the Emerging Rails- Payments team, you will lead product management processes, support product strategy, and identify new product opportunities to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Leads end-to-end product management processes including intake and product operationalization
Supports the product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
Identifies new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
Contributes to delivery of multiyear strategic roadmap, from concept to business requirements to delivery and post release
Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Manages the product backlog and driving refinement sessions with the technology teams, leading/participating in other Agile ceremonies as needed to drive the execution of the product roadmap
Ensures sprint deliverables meet requirements/ acceptance criteria
Define test plan and oversee product testing to ensure products meet the business requirement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery, or product ownership or product management
Applicable Payments/Fintech experience
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategy and vision
Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Treasury experience
Exhibit creativity and forward thinking mindset, with ability to incorporate changing factors as required
