They are seeking a Per Diem PET/CT Technologist for their Molecular Imaging & Therapy Service in Radiology, responsible for performing PET/CT and diagnostic procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform all PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, diagnostic CT procedures and x-ray with minimal supervision on patients as directed by a Nuclear Medicine physician or a radiologist

Qualification

Nuclear Medicine Technology CertificationRadiological program ARRT(R)CT CertificationNYS LicenseGE PET/CT ExperienceCustomer ServicePlanningPrioritizingDecision MakingAdaptability

Required

Requires diploma from a Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and Radiological program ARRT(R) approved by JCERT
AART(N) or CNMT Certification
CT Certification required
NYS License required
Dual License (RT) in PET and CT Required
Ability to perform x-rays/portables as needed

Preferred

Graduate of approved radiography program (XR- License)
3+ Years Experience
Academic Hospital Setting Experience
GE PET/CT Experience a plus
