Responsibilities

Work alongside mentors and experienced engineers in an agile environment

Contribute to clearly defined projects that drive innovation and business impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders across the organization

Gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and development areas, including: Software Development: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Angular.js, Vue.js, React.js, SRE, etc.; Mobile Development: iOS, Swift, Android, SDK, etc.; Cloud Development: Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.; Compute and Operations: Python, SQL, Unix/Linux, etc

Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities

Required

Rising seniors majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply

Minimum 3.0 GPA required

Able to apply knowledge of programming languages (Java preferred), operating systems, and data processing to solve real-world challenges

Demonstrates coding proficiency and an interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance problem-solving, innovation, and business outcomes

Familiar with Agile or similar methodologies, with the ability to contribute effectively to iterative development projects

Able to analyze data to identify trends, inform decisions, and understand the intersection of technology and retail business strategy

Skilled in working with cross-functional teams, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities to articulate ideas clearly and effectively

Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and the ability to take ownership of tasks while driving results through collaboration and influence

Maintains strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate, high-quality work and dependable follow-through

Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel

Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms

Requires close vision

Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
