Responsibilities

Collaborate in a state-of-the-art lab equipped with cutting-edge communications and next-gen R&D tools
Develop intelligent optical systems that optimize performance during commissioning
Predict potential degradation to recommend timely remediation actions
Engage with cross-functional teams, including DSP, Systems, and SW engineers
Directly interface with customers
Contribute to innovative projects encompassing customer commissioning software, cloud tools, R&D simulations, and design aspects of subsea communication

Required

Doctor's degree (e.g PhD)
Experience in optical systems and networking
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including DSP, Systems, and SW engineers

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a highly innovative environment
