Deliver Scalable, Predictable Hiring Outcomes

Consistently achieve quarterly hiring targets across all Pelico's team

Anticipate workforce needs with regional leadership and convert them into proactive hiring roadmaps

Build diverse pipelines through partnerships with universities and talent networks

Build and Lead a High-Performing, AI-First TA Team

Recruit, coach, and develop a global team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators

Embed AI-native workflows (sourcing agents, automated scheduling, intelligent matching)

Drive 2–3× recruiter productivity by leveraging AI tools

Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation

Elevate Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

Design and execute a US-focused employer branding strategy, then scale globally

Position Pelico as a top employer in supply chain & AI software

Ensure premium candidate experience

Represent Pelico at industry events and build a strong digital presence

Implement Data- and AI-Driven Recruiting Processes

Build a next-gen recruiting stack: ATS + AI sourcing + interview intelligence + predictive analytics

Standardize metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, quality of hire, offer acceptance)

Deploy AI-powered dashboards for executive visibility

Deliver quarterly workforce insights and recommendations to leadership
