Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of server test engineers and technicians
Define and execute test strategies aligned with product lifecycle and manufacturing goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, and NPI teams
Oversee development and deployment of automated and manual test procedures for server platforms
Ensure test coverage for functional, performance, stress, and regression testing
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for test failures
Allocate test resources across programs and phases
Manage test schedules, deliverables, and budgets
Support hiring and onboarding of new test engineers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in server hardware testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Preferred

Proficiency in test automation tools like Python, Bash, Linux
Strong understanding of server architecture, BIOS, BMC, and firmware validation
Experience with ERP systems and data analytics for test optimization
Prior experience in fast-paced production or manufacturing environments
