Responsibilities

Own delivery end-to-end for product initiatives
Manage and refine the backlog, write clear and testable user stories, and align with engineering daily
Write detailed specs that remove ambiguity and drive velocity
Drive rituals (planning, standup, retro, QA cycles, release readiness) and make them matter
Work with PMs to understand the strategy and bring it to life on the ground

Required

Demonstrable ability to drive results across initiatives and cross-functional teams

Incredible written communication. You don't write essays—you write instruction manuals
Prior experience in product delivery, project ownership, or technical product roles is a plus
Familiarity with agile frameworks, but more importantly, a mindset of ownership and accountability
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence and Figma
New York or Jacksonville based. Hungry to be in the room where it happens
