Responsibilities
Engage with clients in discovery discussions to understand their business insights and reporting requirements
Understand the Circana Liquid Data Platform capabilities to translate the client requirements into clear development plans for the Circana Technology team to build the software solution and setup technical integration
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations on the Circana Liquid data platform’s user interface: Unify
Accountable for building rapid rapport and trust with key client contacts (ranging from analysts to executives) and across functions within the highly matrixed Circana organization
Lead effective problem solving with the client and internal Circana teams to effectively capture and translate high-level client requirements into clear plans for the Circana technology team
Ensure project requirements are successfully captured, consistently tracked and executed in line to meet the client’s business insights’ needs
Provide superior service leadership through exceptional management of all aspects of content delivery for the client
Coordinate client solutions across multiple Circana functions (i.e. Analytics, Technology, Consulting, etc.)
Lead the design and implementation of scalable data integrations across platforms like Snowflake, Power BI, and Salesforce
Build and maintain API connections to enable seamless, automated data exchange and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Data Science or other quantitative disciplines
4+ years of experience in business analytics and reporting within CPG or General Merchandising
Data visualization experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Domo is a plus
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure), and BI tool integrations
Ability to glean business insights and make recommendations based on evaluation of complex data sets
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data warehousing concepts
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage/support complex client deliverables
Knowledge of Jira is a plus
Executive presence and proven ability to consult with Senior level clients to influence thinking and drive Circana's business agenda
Strong problem-solving skills, comfort with shifting priorities and ability to manage projects with high attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and written/verbal communication skills
Ability and willingness to recognize and respond to client needs from a service perspective
