Oversee daily salon operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Drive sales through effective marketing strategies and promotions tailored to the local market
Maintain administrative tasks such as payroll processing, reporting, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about products and services new hair styles and trends offered in the salon
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients while addressing any concerns or feedback promptly
Qualification
Required
Management experience
MUST have a cosmetology license
Proven experience in retail management or salon operations
Strong background in sales management with an emphasis on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
Familiarity with inventory control processes and stock management
Administrative skills for managing day-to-day operations effectively
