They are seeking interns for their Business Operations and Commercial Divisions, where interns will gain hands-on experience in finance, client service, revenue strategy, and market analysis while contributing to impactful projects within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

Assist the procurement team with data analysis and business process improvement
Support the accounting team with data entry, financial reporting, and reconciliation tasks
Assist the FP&A team with financial analysis and forecast modeling
Support the strategy team with data analysis and generating insights
Assist with strategic decision-making processes to drive business growth
Support department-level business process improvement initiatives, capacity management planning, and workforce management forecasting
Assist the revenue strategy team with strategy, corporate development, deal desk, reporting, and partnerships functions
Support the business development team with data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence

Required

Be currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program; junior or senior standing preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Interest in Fintech

Preferred

Relevant work experience or work experience in a professional environment (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs, etc)
Strong analytical skills
Desire to take ownership of projects and ideas
Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
Attention to detail and a high degree of initiative and adaptability
