Responsibilities
Leads and coordinates crews, equipment, and resources across multiple projects for maximum efficiency
Oversees daily field operations, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Champions a strong safety culture, partnering with field teams to minimize risk and uphold Willmeng standards
Reviews work quality and progress, eliminating rework and ensuring client expectations are met
Communicates proactively with project managers on schedules, material needs, and scope changes
Conducts pre-job inspections and ensures all required reports and documentation are completed accurately and on time
Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients, employees, and the community, representing Willmeng’s values
Resolves jobsite challenges and personnel issues promptly, fostering a collaborative and solutions-driven environment
Drives continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, accountability, and professional growth within the team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of senior supervisory experience in heavy civil and highway construction—dirt, structures, and roadway focus
Deep knowledge of OSHA, owner requirements, and industry safety and quality standards
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Skilled in estimating materials, labor, and costs for complex civil projects
Committed to Willmeng's culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence
Preferred
Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred; equivalent field experience valued
