Responsibilities
Assist with environmental engineering tasks associated with non-point agricultural runoff, including phosphorus removal systems and ag runoff treatment systems
Provide assistance to field staff surveying, designing, and installing conservation practices
Provide assistance with mapping, planning, and engineering projects based on academic background
Other support duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Candidate should be enrolled in a natural resources, engineering, or environmental sciences degree program or recently graduated
Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite, Civil3d, and GIS
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain
Preferred
Experience operating agricultural equipment like small tractors, mowers, seeders a plus
Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Experience or ability to operate all-terrain vehicles
Ability to work independently and maintain regular attendance
