Law Practice
Responsibilities
Talking to clients and preparing them for litigation
Drafting legal documents, as well as pleadings and bills of particulars
Preparing trial packets and organizing important information for the case
Retrieving and organizing medical records, managing Medicare and Medicaid reporting
Conducting client intakes and general information gathering specific to each case
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
Organizational and follow-up skills in keeping the flow of work in check
Basic proficiency in word processing and other computer skills
Experience with Plaintiff's personal injury litigation required
