Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with local regulations and Clariant safety/environmental policies
Participate in risk analysis and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate SAMACO documentation
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure availability of quality parts
Analyze usage trends and equipment specs to determine stock needs
Define lead times and alternatives for critical items
Monitor and expedite MRO orders to avoid production delays
Collaborate with procurement and vendors to resolve delivery or invoicing issues
Develop KPIs and assess vendor performance
Track and prepare materials for planned maintenance work
Issue and return parts efficiently to support maintenance schedules
Organize and maintain inventory using 5S principles
Ensure labeling, cleanliness, and systematic storage
Create and manage material/equipment numbers
Track work orders, create PRs, and manage PO workflows
Review and approve invoices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in inventory control, maintenance materials, or related field
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal standardization
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent attendance, safety, and performance record
