Responsibilities
Responsible for optimizing financial performance using strategic data and analytics
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle processes
Analyze data for trends and improvement opportunities
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the revenue cycle
Coordinate all revenue and charge activities for departments or divisions in collaboration with the Senior Director Revenue Analysis & Revenue Integrity team
Focus on revenue and charge capture, financial reporting, revenue cycle and charge optimization
Support monthly revenue and charge analysis, projections and forecasting, revenue compliance, charge capture and reconciliation strategy in collaboration with other team members
Qualification
Required
Experience in revenue cycle management and analytics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and implement strategies for revenue optimization
Experience in financial reporting and compliance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Experience in healthcare finance or patient financial services
Familiarity with revenue cycle processes and best practices
Advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field
