Responsibilities

Assist the distribution, substation, & transmission line design team with site visits and design tasks
Work on projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables
Work on a variety of projects and tasks with assistance from Project Engineers, Electrical EITs, or Technicians as needed

Required

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
Attention to detail
Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred

Prefer 3 years completed toward degree at an ABET accredited university with 3.0+ GPA
Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
Relevant academic work experience pertaining to power systems
Experience with CAD, particularly AutoCAD and Microstation platforms
Preference will be given to local candidates
