They are seeking a Clerical Support professional for the Data Privacy & Identity Theft Unit, responsible for data entry and processing consumer complaints related to data breaches and telephone privacy.

Responsibilities
Process online/mailed/faxed/emailed complaints in Salesforce
Review consumer complaints received by the Data Privacy & Identity Theft Section
Prioritize and perform data entry tasks
Perform initial quality control to determine if complaints and notices are complete or need more information
Create and maintain contact records in Salesforce
Function as contact person for consumers requesting information regarding their complaint form and for businesses during their initial reporting process
Perform initial investigatory tasks for Telephone Privacy complaints
Perform archival tasks of complaint forms for Data Breaches and Telephone Privacy
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years general office experience required
Comprehensive customer service skills required
Must be detail oriented
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and various case management tools
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of staff
Ability to work collaboratively with section members and with other Office of Attorney General staff
Must be able to work on own at times with little supervision
