Responsibilities
Leads project planning, scheduling, and workflow to keep teams aligned and projects on track
Sets clear project objectives, policies, and performance standards in line with Willmeng’s values
Oversees subcontractor management, contract negotiations, and timely issuance of agreements
Drives budget management, cost control, and financial forecasting for project success
Coordinates and communicates with owners, designers, field teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues
Manages change orders, contract revisions, and monthly owner billings with accuracy and timeliness
Champions safety, quality, and compliance across all project activities
Motivates, develops, and leads project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
Represents Willmeng with professionalism, building strong client relationships and upholding our reputation in the industry
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management preferred; 5–15 years of heavy civil experience or equivalent
Deep understanding of construction risk management, safety standards, and industry best practices
Strong time management and logical decision-making skills, even under pressure
Willing and able to travel extensively to support projects across multiple sites
Proven ability to motivate, lead, and organize high-performing teams
