Regional Vice President – RIA Channel
Skyway Capital Markets is a leading middle market investment bank and private equity group providing investment banking advisory services to institutional and corporate clients. They are seeking a Regional Vice President for the RIA Channel to primarily raise capital for Skyway’s public offerings, focusing on Oxford Funds while driving institutional sales efforts and managing relationships within the HNW Registered Investment Advisor and Single/Multi-Family Offices.

Responsibilities
Primarily raise capital for Skyway’s public offerings with a focus on Oxford Funds
Drive institutional sales efforts to increase capital raise and market share by developing and maintaining new and existing relationships within the HNW Registered Investment Advisor and Single/ Multi-Family Offices
Develop and execute marketing and sales campaigns for firm’s investment products
Continue to develop firm recognition, product, and brand awareness with Research Analysts and OCIOs
Manage assigned sales territory, including meetings, presentation schedules, and attendance at industry conventions
Create and deliver effective sales presentations
Actively manage CRM system (Database)
Implement and drive the achievement of business goals related to the sales function
Act as a representative for firms with existing and potential clients, business contacts, and industry associations
Maintain knowledge base on all aspects of the investment industry, competitors (direct and indirect), and products available in the securities markets
Comply with all rules and regulations of selling securities as outlined by FINRA, the SEC, individual States, as well as any internal guidelines established by the firm
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience working within the MFO/FO and HNW RIAs
Proven track record of raising capital
Experience with Interval & Tender Funds along with illiquid investment strategies such as Private Placements, Reg D, REITs, Private Credit, and other illiquid alternative products
Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment with autonomy
Good judgment, integrity, and solid work ethic
Employs a strategic perspective in all interactions and decisions
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships within and outside the company
Excellent communication skills (effective in oral, written, and presentation formats)
Effective prioritization skills with the proven ability to work well under pressure
Undergraduate Degree from a four-year accredited University
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required
Location: West Coast Region, ideally located in AZ or CA
