Project Manager - Ports & Maritime
Jacobs is a company focused on solving critical problems for thriving cities and resilient environments. They are seeking a Project Manager to support the Ports and Maritime team, responsible for managing complex maritime infrastructure development and coastal resilience projects from planning through construction.
Responsibilities
Plan, staff, schedule, and budget projects while ensuring quality of work product, consistency across projects, and staff safety
Coordinate with subcontractors and multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, architects, scientists and subject matter experts to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions to our clients
Manage the project financials, delivery, and client relationship
Work closely with the Sales team to grow the Ports and Maritime portfolio in the region and beyond
Get engaged in the pursuit and delivery of exciting, complex waterfront projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or related Engineering
At least 7 years of experience in the delivery and/or management of waterfront infrastructure projects
Experience in design or design management of waterfront projects or facilities
Ability to work with a team of local and remote multi-disciplinary engineers and subject matter experts to deliver projects and proposals
Ability to manage the successful delivery contract documents, design basis, technical specifications, and other client deliverables
Experience in the preparation of technical and cost proposals to deliver winning proposals
Good communication skills and ability to interface with clients and stakeholders, both internal and external
Preferred
