Responsibilities

Deliver customized financial planning and retirement strategies to help individuals, business owners, and professionals achieve their financial goals
Conduct annual and quarterly reviews of retirement plan administration while implementing client retention initiatives and managing strong, long-term client relationships
Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and respond promptly to client inquiries regarding retirement plans
Educate and advise plan participants through group sessions and one-on-one investment consultations
Maintain a strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, cash, and alternative investments
Offer expert consultation on plan design, administration, conversions, and employee education programs—while delivering exceptional client service
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through understanding client needs, cross-selling additional services, and capturing rollover opportunities
Contribute to business growth by developing new client relationships and generating referrals
Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Preferred

Industry certifications (QKA®, CFP®, etc.) preferred or willingness to obtain
