This role involves leading the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of potential investments and acquisitions, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth integration of deals.

Responsibilities

Lead the process to identify, evaluate and negotiate potential investments and acquisitions for the Fanatics parent as well as it operating companies including Fanatics Commerce, Collectibles, and Betting & Gaming

Source potential deals and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities

Prioritize and evaluate potential opportunities using a robust, efficient, and fact-based process, which includes a rigorous diligence process that will promote quality acquisition and investment ideas to the management team

Partner with business leaders before, during and after the M&A process, to ensure the deals make strategic sense, the return on investment (ROI) is thoroughly tested and analyzed, the target company fits with the forward-looking business plan, and the acquisition is integrated smoothly and fully optimized
