Associate Manager, Collision Field Training

Responsibilities
Mentor, coach, and manage a distributed team of 5+ Field Trainers, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and technical expertise
Design, implement, and continuously optimize the operational framework for all field training programs. You will oversee all logistics, resource allocation (fleet, tools, equipment), and execution standards to ensure a world-class learning experience for both virtual and in-person training
Analyze key performance indicators and training outcomes to measure program ROI. Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to leadership to continuously enhance the impact of our learning initiatives
Collaborate closely with partners to ensure training content is technically accurate, relevant, and directly supports critical business goals
Stay current on new technologies and industry best practices to ensure our training remains cutting-edge
Champion and enforce all Tesla safety standards within the training environment and during field operations, ensuring the well-being of the team and trainees
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the collision repair industry, including at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity directly managing teams, projects, or key initiatives
Proven ability to build strong, cooperative relationships with internal and external partners, with a talent for influencing outcomes across a complex, global organization
A highly self-directed and resilient professional, adept at navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage professionally and effectively in all interactions
Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% (both domestically and internationally) and meet the physical demands of the role, including the ability to lift 50 lbs
Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Forklift operation capability is also required
