Responsibilities
Working Safely with a high attention to detail and quality
Manual tasks such as loading raw materials into the production equipment
Technical tasks such as operating a computer system and troubleshooting process breakdowns
Operating production fluid control systems
Verifying target weights and meet target through the application of statistical process control
Performing quality checks and accuracy of materials/products
Consistently communicating with all departments involved in production process (e.g., warehouse, distribution, processing, fruit room, scheduling, quality)
Documenting inventory of consumed raw materials and supplies
Cleaning and sanitation tasks (e.g., general housekeeping, disposal of waste material, scraps, etc.)
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School degree or GED (Required)
Open schedule ability. This means you are able to work nights, weekends and holidays when scheduled. Our employees work a 3-2-2 schedule
Computer Skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
High mechanical aptitude
Ability to perform physical demands of a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform physical demands of 12-hour shifts
Ability to perform physical demands of continuous walking or standing
Ability to perform physical demands of repetitive minimal to moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs)
