They are seeking a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator to produce engaging short-form content for social media, particularly on TikTok and Instagram, while collaborating with the social team to achieve campaign goals.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create engaging and original short-form content for TikTok and Instagram

Stay ahead of TikTok trends, challenges and cultural moments to implement relevant and timely content into the social strategy

Collaborate closely with our social team to understand campaign goals and messaging, translating them into visual narratives

Execute end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, and audio to deliver content that drives awareness and engagement

Experiment with different video styles, techniques and formats to keep content fresh and appealing to diverse audiences

Analyze content performance metrics, insights and adapt content strategies to drive engagement and growth

Required

2+ years of social media content creation

Portfolio of high-performing TikTok/Reels/Shorts + experience leveraging third-party editing apps

Strong visual and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for capturing attention quickly

Proven track record of creating high-performing TikTok videos — for brands or your own account — with strong engagement, watch time, and conversion metrics

Must be able to independently concept, shoot, edit, and appear on camera — you'll own the full creative process from idea to execution
