Responsibilities

Serve as a key legal advisor, assisting with M&A transactions, contract negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and investment management for the Firm, its Private Equity Funds, and Portfolio Companies

Assist and lead private equity transactions, including acquisitions and non-control investments in founders' businesses

Support drafting documents for acquisitions, M&A, co-investments, joint ventures, and financing documents, including purchase agreements, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and other documents

Provide legal advice for portfolio company management and governance

Manage fund investor transfers and assist with tracking investment fund and side letter obligations to investors

Help with portcos processes related to litigation and other regulatory issues

Handle day-to-day corporate tasks

Required
