Responsibilities
Perform analysis and design for rehabilitation of concrete, steel, timber, masonry, and other structural/architectural systems
Develop design and detailing for façade and building envelope restoration
Prepare technical and investigative reports
Coordinate design work with internal teams and external consultants, including architects, engineers, cost consultants, and contractors
Work on projects involving structural or architectural repair, renovation, demolition, and expansion of existing buildings
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in structural or architectural design, repair, renovation, and/or retrofit design
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Architectural Engineering
Experience with existing building renovation and repair is highly desirable
Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. and internationally
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Architectural Engineering
Training or certification in Historic Preservation
