Responsibilities

Lead and manage diverse operational departments to ensure high-quality, individualized, trauma-informed care

Oversee residential treatment, risk prevention, education, clinical services, health and safety compliance, and facility operations

Develop innovative programs in response to emerging needs while maintaining alignment with Stetson School’s philosophy and mission

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards

Drive program quality improvement initiatives, using measurable outcomes and data analysis to strengthen services

Supervise and mentor directors and managers across functional areas, fostering collaboration and staff development

Prepare and manage the program budget in partnership with senior leadership
