They are seeking a One to One Staff member to assist with classroom instruction and support students in a one-on-one setting, ensuring they understand the subject matter and follow classroom routines.
Education
Responsibilities
Working with students that have special needs and/or challenging behaviors
Supporting instruction to individuals
Monitoring and managing student behaviors
Modeling and encouraging positive social skills as needed
Supporting students through classroom transitions
Perform other duties as directed by school administration
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in educational settings
