Can you manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial?
Can you draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests?
Can you take and defend depositions?
Can you represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings?
Qualification
Required
3+ years of civil litigation experience
Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
Admitted to practice law in California
Preferred
equity disputes, intellectual property, unfair competition, contract disputes, tortious interference, real estate litigation, trusts and estate litigation experience is a plus
