Responsibilities
Track and manage project costs, forecasts, and reports
Handle RFIs, submittals, invoices, and contract documentation
Support procurement, scheduling, and project startup/closeout
Assist with safety, quality, and risk management
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
Support Project Manager in day-to-day operations
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management and 2+ years of experience in civil construction — or 3+ years of hands-on experience in the field
Solid understanding of field operations, construction practices, and project workflows
A strong communicator and relationship-builder who can lead through influence, drive change, and deliver results across teams
Preferred
Familiarity with Viewpoint and scheduling software (a plus!)
