Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting new client acquisition

Drive growth across contract, contract to hire, and direct hire models
Cultivate and expand relationships with hospital systems, clinics, and healthcare leaders
Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery
Cross sell Protouch's broader specialties to maximize client partnerships
Stay informed on industry trends to guide innovation and competitive positioning
Qualification
Required
10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare staffing sales
Proven success in new business development and client acquisition
Strong knowledge of contract and permanent staffing models
Experience in Locum Tenens, Travel Nursing, Allied Health, and Executive Search
Experience supporting a global company
Ability to lead high performing teams and achieve measurable results
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
Willingness to travel as needed
