Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in applied science
Hands-on technical depth in AI, NLP, and LLM solutions
Experience in designing, building, and scaling AI systems
Ability to drive the development of novel modeling techniques
Experience leading complex research and development initiatives
Ability to influence AI strategy in healthcare
Collaboration skills with engineering, product, and science leadership
Ability to translate real-world clinical and life sciences problems into scalable AI solutions
Fluency in English
