Responsibilities
Work with Senior Engineers to build, develop, and scale the variety of services that power our products
Utilize AI-driven development tools and practices
Operate in a scalable engineering culture that leverages modern principles of decoupled systems and automated CI/CD/testing/monitoring to drive efficiencies
Work closely with Product, Design, and adjacent Engineering teams to deliver business critical features to our customers
Become a domain expert in real estate technology, with a deep understanding of our customers

Qualification
Required
BA/BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Software engineering experience of 1-2 year (relevant internship experience included)
Experience programming in JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, or Go for Web roles. Experience with Kotlin or Swift for Mobile roles
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience with AI development tools such as Github Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor is a plus
Experience working on public cloud platforms – AWS in particular – is a plus
Experience with one or more of these technologies is a plus: Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Kubernetes, S3, Redis, Lambda, Kafka, and Databricks
