Aptean is a global provider of mission-critical, industry-specific software solutions. They are seeking a Product Marketing Intern to support product marketing initiatives, drive go-to-market activities, and assist with product launches in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

Project Management: Plan, track, and manage PMM deliverables for launches and campaigns; maintain calendars, timelines, task lists, and dependencies; provide status updates

Product Launch Support: Support execution of GTM tasks and the creation of assets and enablement materials

Asset Creation Support: Contribute to internal and external assets including positioning & messaging, datasheets, web pages, and presentations

Market Research: Conduct competitive research and customer insight work (e.g., desk research, interviews/surveys, win/loss notes); synthesize findings into profiles, battlecards, and summaries to inform positioning and GTM tactics

Performance Tracking: Consolidate and report on campaign, content, and web performance metrics; highlight trends and optimization opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, RevOps, Design, and Web teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution on deliverables
