Enterprise Account Executive - NYC

They are seeking a New York-based Account Executive who will be responsible for driving sales of their AI platform to enterprise commercial real estate companies, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with the commercial team to achieve aggressive growth goals.

Responsibilities

Own and smash aggressive individual revenue targets, building toward $1M+ in personal ARR
Execute our enterprise sales strategy, focusing on six and seven-figure deals with major US real estate companies
Develop hyper-efficient sales processes that maximize your individual output and impact
Establish Fifth Dimension as the category leader in AI-powered real estate technology across the US
Identify and penetrate key market segments, from large property management companies to global real estate investment firms
Test and iterate US-specific messaging at lightning speed, constantly optimizing your approach
Design and implement world-class personal sales methodologies and processes that maximize your individual performance
Establish personal metrics and tracking systems that demonstrate 10x rep performance
Create replicable processes and playbooks that will become the foundation for future team scaling
Partner closely with Solutions and Engineering teams to ensure the product evolves based on your direct customer feedback
Lead complex proof-of-concept implementations that demonstrate transformational ROI
Develop case studies and success stories from your wins that become the foundation of our marketing materials
Collaborate with the commercial team on US pricing strategy, go-to-market approach, and product roadmap
Contribute to fundraising efforts with your deep market insights and customer relationships
Help define our North American expansion strategy through your front-line market intelligence

Required

Proven track record as a top-performing full cycle account executive at early-stage to growth-stage B2B SaaS companies, with consistent quota achievement of 150%+
Enterprise sales expertise with consistent success closing six and seven-figure deals ($100K - $1M+ ACV) as an individual contributor
Curious mindset to be reinventing processes and experimenting with different ideas
Rapid iteration skills - you can test new approaches, learn from results, and adapt your strategy weekly, not quarterly
Strategic thinking combined with flawless execution - you can develop your own approach AND close the biggest deals yourself
Technical product expertise - experience selling complex and technical vertical products (AI/ML, deeptech, fintech, or similar) to sophisticated buyers
Willing to travel extensively (25%+ of time) to build relationships and close enterprise deals across the US, with some travel to the London office
Deep understanding of commercial real estate and the challenges facing institutional real estate companies, through direct experience or significant experience selling to the industry
A shared vision for how AI will change the world with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions
Based in or around New York with established professional networks - with an understanding that deals often need doing in person

Preferred

Real estate industry experience or deep connections in the US property sector
Venture-backed startup experience through multiple funding rounds
International sales experience managing across different time zones and markets
Strong personal brand and thought leadership presence in sales or real estate tech
Previous experience at unicorn or IPO companies during high-growth phases
Growth hacking or demand generation experience to support your own pipeline
Advanced CRM and sales automation expertise (HubSpot)
