Responsibilities

Develop and maintain system integration plans for I&C systems
Coordinate interface control between subsystems and overall system architecture
Lead design integration reviews to ensure alignment with engineering standards and project requirements
Oversee acceptance testing and pre-operational validation activities
Resolve complex integration issues across all phases of the system lifecycle
Implement a Requirements Management Plan to ensure traceability from stakeholder needs to design and verification evidence
Maintain a requirements traceability matrix using tools such as IBM DOORS or equivalent
Validate that all system requirements meet functional, safety, and cybersecurity criteria
Establish and enforce a Configuration Management Plan
Maintain consistency across design documentation, diagrams, and software baselines
Conduct configuration audits and manage change requests under formal change control processes
Support documentation for regulatory reviews, certifications, and audits

Required

Bachelors degree in engineering or other STEM degree
10+ years of experience in engineering and 5 years of experience in systems engineering

Proficiency in Requirements Management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion) and Configuration Management systems
Experience with digital control systems and automation platforms
