They are seeking a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative to provide support to the sales team and customers, focusing on inquiries, order processing, and building business relationships.

Wholesale

Responsibilities

Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
Sourcing parts
Assist in generating sales
Help in the stockroom as needed

Qualification

Required

1+ year customer service or inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred
Attention to detail
Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
