Director Telephony Sales
SONIFI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Telephony Sales to lead efforts in expanding market share and driving revenue within the telephony space. This role involves managing a high-performing sales pipeline, delivering market insights, and closing complex deals while fostering customer relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Own the day-to day management of the individual sales pipeline for SONIFIs Telephony Vertical. Accurately forecast sales funnel from prospect through the entire sales cycle
Ensure optimal volume of opportunities and velocity of pipeline movement across opportunity stages to track and exceed individual sales target
Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key customers by assessing and validating complex customer needs on an ongoing basis. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Independently conduct high-level customer calls, sales pitches, and strategic presentations with customers. Manage complex ad-hoc queries and enquiries generated by accounts
Independently analyze the assigned telephony vertical and establish strategic plans for prospects and current clients, using individual discretion to implement
Monitor competitive offerings including relevant sales and marketing data
Lead solution development efforts that best address complex customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary internal staff (e.g., Product, Engineering, Operations)
Assist with complex technical integration issues, including but not limited to high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our telephony solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Proactively identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory to ensure significant growth attainment
Qualification
Required
Four-year degree required in business or marketing and a minimum of five (5) years of experience selling enterprise services or network solutions or the equivalent education and/or experience
Strong relationship building skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
Strong legal (contract sales), analytical and financial acumen as well as a competitive-assertive personality with the ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, high risk sales environment
Strong organization and prioritization skills, strong inner-drive and self-discipline, computer proficiency (Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM software, and tablet technologies)
Ability to travel 60% to 80% of the time
Demonstrated ability to effectively present telephony solutions to C-suite executives and large audiences across the hospitality sales ecosystem
