Assoc. Manager, Leaves Administration

This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of leave programs across the United States, ensuring compliance with laws and delivering a positive employee experience while supervising a team of leave specialists.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of two employees responsible for all aspects of company leave of absence programs
Oversee leave cases including FMLA, parental, military, STD, LTD, and other statutory or company-sponsored leaves across the U.S
Collaborate closely with IS to manage and troubleshoot integration files related to leave administration and disability programs
Liaise with third-party leave administrators and disability carriers to coordinate STD and LTD benefits and resolve issues
Track and analyze leave trends, volumes, and compliance metrics across U.S. operations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations and internal policies
Maintain and update the Leaves Power BI Dashboard to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and leave management systems
Prepare reports for HR leadership and support audits as needed
Contribute to policy updates and training initiatives

Required

Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
At least 3 years of experience in leave administration or related HR function
At least 3 years of supervisory experience

Preferred

Prior experience supervising or leading a team strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
